- Warranty period: Our products are covered by a warranty for 90 days from the date of purchase.
- What’s covered: The warranty applies to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
- What’s not covered: The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications.
- How to make a warranty claim: If you believe your product is defective within the warranty period, please contact our Customer Service team at 760.842.7730 with your order number and a description of the issue. We may request photos or additional information.
- Remedies: Upon verification of the defect, we will repair or replace the product at no cost to you. If repair or replacement is not possible, a refund may be offered.
