  • Warranty period: Our products are covered by a warranty for 90 days from the date of purchase.
  • What’s covered: The warranty applies to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
  • What’s not covered: The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications.
  • How to make a warranty claim: If you believe your product is defective within the warranty period, please contact our Customer Service team at 760.842.7730 with your order number and a description of the issue. We may request photos or additional information.
  • Remedies: Upon verification of the defect, we will repair or replace the product at no cost to you. If repair or replacement is not possible, a refund may be offered.

Please note, our NILO products are known to last generations so although we mention 90 days above rest assured you will be most pleased with your purchase.
