Standard Shipping and Processing

Most purchases are shipped from our warehouse to arrive within five business days from receipt of your order. Typical handling time is 1-2 business days while shipping time is usually 1-5 business days (depending on how far you are from our facility – we’re in Southern California). We typically use Fedex as our main carrier. If there is a delay, we will notify you by email or phone.

Please note that some items ordered together may not arrive at the same time or in the same box.

The below charges are for the contiguous US states only. For shipments to Canada, HI, AK, or other US territories, APO, FPO, please call Customer Service at 1-800-872-6456.


Our Shipping and Handling charges shown above are only for shipping products to your door! Should you want to cancel your order when it is en route there will be added expenses including but not limited to a 15% restocking fee in addition to our actual shipping costs both to your home and also back to Nilo. This could be very costly as shipping furniture is expensive so please confirm what you are ordering prior to purchasing to avoid these expensive issues.

If you want to cancel your order, CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY BY BOTH EMAIL AND PHONE ASAP! We ship same day 98% of the time…your order more than likely will ship out by about 3:00 PM the day we receive the order! Please try to call us several times if necessary so we can help eliminate and/or reduce unnecessary costs.

Note, freight is expensive, as are mistakes! Please make sure you are ordering the right product, the right color, etc. It is also ideal to be home during the time of delivery and/or leave a note with Fedex (our standard carrier) where to leave the product so it won’t come back to us and incur freight costs to you.
