At Nilo Toys, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations, and we strive to make the return and refund process as smooth as possible.
Returns
- You may return most items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
- Items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or damaged products.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- If the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, please notify us immediately for a full refund or replacement, including shipping costs. Our policy is to ship replacement parts if needed rather than the entire product. For example, although rare, a leg or frame piece may have a crack.
